About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Development Consultant to join on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. Reporting directly to the Head of Capability & Talent, you will play a key role in reviewing and refreshing the organisation's mandatory training modules. Your expertise in Learning & Development will be crucial as you collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that training content is strategically aligned and effectively delivered across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the review and update of mandatory training modules, collaborating with external stakeholders and SMEs. Work closely with the LMS provider to review current content, make recommendations, and implement improvements.Use digital tools like Articulate to adjust and refine training content.Develop pre-module questionnaires.Prepare cost-saving analyses related to the training suite refresh.Support broader Organisational Development initiatives, including talent management and leadership development.About YouThe successful candidate will have a strong background in Learning & Development within an Organisational Development context. You will have experience working with LMS platforms, particularly in managing digital learning projects and mandatory training content. Your ability to think strategically while executing operational tasks will be essential to your success in this role.This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on company's L&D strategy, with the potential for long-term career growth.
