The role:
Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking an innovative and dedicated Learning Leader to join our Learning and Teaching team. Joining a newly appointed team of Learning Leaders, this role focuses on enhancing educational quality and student outcomes across our network of 51 schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the adoption and integration of Tier 1 and Tier 2 curricula, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
Monitor and assess intervention effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to support student needs.
Design and deliver professional development programs, fostering continuous learning and growth.
Analyse student performance data to inform instructional decisions and drive strategic improvements.
Work closely with school leaders and staff to ensure cohesive implementation and address challenges.
Key Capabilities & Requirements:
Master's degree in education or related field.
Extensive experience in curriculum development, educational interventions, and data analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; deep commitment to Catholic Education values.
Strong understanding of Catholic teachings and traditions.
This role is full-time ongoing; however, we would be open to negotiating a 2-year secondment between CESL and your current Principal. Role can be based in Bendigo, Wangaratta or Tatura.
