About the role Reporting to the Senior Team Leader- Learning Skills, the Learning Hubs Coordinator is responsible for the operational leadership of a small team of Learning Hub Advisors who provide direct technical and education support to students.
The Learning Hub Coordinator has management and oversight of the Learning Hub spaces located across many of our campuses.
These spaces are designed for students to engage with a Learning Hub Officer and other student support services staff member to seek information and assistance with digital literacy, learning skills, learning resources, and other assistance required to achieve positive outcomes and student success.
The Coordinator Learning Hubs also provides technical expertise with traditional library services such as managing the TAFE Gippsland collection and library systems.

About you As the Learning Hub Coordinator, you are a proven leader with a strong history of building and guiding high-performing teams.
Your expertise includes advanced technical library skills and confident presentation abilities, paired with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing educational resource needs across departments.
You excel at fostering effective stakeholder relationships at all levels and, most importantly, inspire and energise your team to achieve exceptional results.
Qualifications and experience Further qualifications in information studies, library studies, and/or leadership and management with demonstrated experience in a library, learning hub, or an equivalent setting.Experience in leading people.Sound ICT knowledge including the ability to utilise library software and management systems.A sound knowledge of digital literacy concepts.Demonstrated ability to deliver group presentations on topics including research skills, referencing and other key academic skills.Mandatory requirements Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance.Current Police Check (not older than 12 months).Current Driver's Licence (travel between campuses is a requirement of the role).A six-month probationary period applies to this role.
