LOCATION: Geelong, Flemington, or Ballarat VIC (other locations, including WA, TAS, and SA, may be considered for the ideal candidate)EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time, OngoingPAY RANGE: $78,000 - $95,000 per annum, + 11.5% super | open to negotiation based on skills and experience.NOT FOR PROFIT: Salary package up to $15,900 per annum each FBT year plus further meals and entertainment benefits up to $2,649 p.a.

The Learning Experience Manager will play a key role within genU's Recruitment, Employment & Training division. In this role, you will:
Advise and Influence: Provide expert advice to our Senior Leadership Team on critical strategic matters related to learner experience, Learning Management Systems, and learner engagement.
Lead and Inspire: Develop and engage a high-performing team, ensuring the seamless delivery of learner experience processes across the organisation.
Strategise and Innovate: Contribute to the development of organisational and learner engagement strategies as a key member of the Recruitment, Employment & Training leadership team.
Enhance Learner Experience: Shape and deliver impactful learner experience programs that solidify genU's reputation as a premier place to work and learn.
About You:The Learning Experience Manager will oversee three key functions within the Learning Development and Experience (LDX) department within genU Training:
Learner placements and industry partnershipsLearner support, welfare, feedback, and retentionMaintenance and development of genU Training's Learning Management Systems and associated tech platformsYou will combine operational, technical, and relationship-building expertise to drive performance, reputation, and retention.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116) or demonstrated experience in either VET (Vocational Education and Training), Community Services, or Employment Services.Experience in leading a high-functioning multidisciplinary team.High-level interpersonal, consultative, written, and oral communication skills; ability to work strategically and autonomously across multiple projects simultaneously.Proven ability to build positive, mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships with a range of senior internal and external stakeholders, especially in the VET, community services, aged care, and disability sectors.Demonstrated knowledge of audit and compliance processes within the VET sector.Thorough knowledge of ASQA Standards for Continuing Registration.Experience rolling out and/or maintaining software and technology solutions (especially large-scale LMS, CRM, or sales platforms).Excellent data collection and analysis skills.Ability to develop and maintain effective workflows and drive performance in line with KPIs.Willingness to travel to genU Training sites as required.NDIS Screening Workers Check or willingness to obtain.NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willingness to obtain.Desirable Qualifications: A variety of tertiary qualifications and experience would be highly regarded in this role, including:Experience using Smartsheet, Canvas, Salesforce, and VETtrack.For You!Here at genU, we're a group of passionate, driven people who want everyone's lives to be happier and healthier, especially people with disabilities, the ageing, and those experiencing disadvantage.
