About the RoleIn the Culture and Talent Development function within Talent and Culture, our mission is to help people build the capabilities they need to deliver today, transform the bank, and be future ready. Your role will help to build the common capabilities and skills required across all roles at the bank, with a focus on Banking Fundamentals, Data and Digital Fundamentals, Professional Skills and Leadership. Your role will focus on crafting blended learning solutions to build these capabilities at pace across the bank.

Role Location: 6 Month Fixed Term/Secondment Contract, Full time (40 hours per week)
Role Grade: Depending on the level of skill and experience of the successful candidate, this role may be offered at a 4.2 or 4.3 grade. What will your day look like?As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be accountable for:
Designing impactful learning experiences, underpinned by sound pedagogical principles, and human-centred design principles leveraging existing ANZ-approved tools and platforms.Engagement, collaboration and relationship building with a range of stakeholders including subject matter experts, technical specialists, and the broader capability community.Development and maintenance of documentation for course design, project management, evaluation, and review.Working as part of a cross-functional capability team using agile methodologies.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience in the discovery, design, build, implementation and measurement of learning using a variety of tools and techniques.Experience in designing and developing engaging blended learning experiences that measurably add value to the business.Demonstrated ability to think differently about how people engage with learning at ANZ, with a strong interest in experimenting with different learning approaches at pace and with care.Ability to manage multiple pieces of work simultaneously in pursuit of a shared goal.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
