Uncover Learning Needs: Be the detective of knowledge gaps! Through assessments and analysis, uncover where our teams and customers need a helping hand, then swoop in with tailor-made training programs.

About You
Bring your 2 to 5 years of experience in learning experience design to the table!
We are looking for someone who's crafted captivating online learning experiences before and knows how to keep learners engaged
You are a natural relationship builder and able to team up with SMEs and other departments to create learning experiences that resonate with our audience
We are after someone who can transform complex technical concepts into digestible delights and captivate audiences with their words
Use your data analysis skills to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives and guide our next steps
Nice to Have:
Familiar with topic-based authoring and / in-app guidance
Tools like Madcap Flare, Gainsight, or Camtasia
Bring your creative skills - whether that's designing graphics or producing videos
Show us your expertise and enhance our learning experience design through your CSS and HTML skills
