What you need to know about this role: This role is robust and agile and sits in the 'engine room' at Thinka.
As a Learning Experience Coordinator at THINKA: You will plan, schedule and produce online workshops using Zoom and MS Teams, ensuring a seamless internal and external client experience. You will provide production support of Virtual Workshops, which means you'll be the technical 'go to' for participants throughout their virtual workshop experience. You will coordinate the collection of evaluation insights and review the integrity of program and participant data periodically. You will coordinate the adoption of evaluation tools within the program delivery team and with external facilitators, sharing any insights gained from the data collected. You will have an existing level of comfort using systems to coordinate project planning and automate participant communication. The primary systems we use are monday.com, Canva, SharePoint, and Zoom. You will coordinate the communication touchpoints for program participants, such as workshop logistics and attendance and pre and post-workshop requirements. You will co-ordinate and prepare the resources and printing for in-person workshops, including maintaining inventory. At times you may attend conferences or in-person events to support the facilitation team. You will communicate with clients, vendors, facilitators, and participants to ensure smooth execution of events. You will support the coordination of the learning delivery calendar including the allocation of facilitators, workshop location, and logistics information. You will assist with the coordination of the delivery component related to marketing and professional development events (e.g., workshop previews, webinars, in-person client events, team activities).
