All statutory checks and references are required prior to confirmation of employment.We are searching to appoint an experienced and dedicated Learning Enrichment teacher on a fulltime, permanent basis from January 2025 to support and develop our K to 6 students.Some of the key responsibilities are:To work within an experienced and cohesive Learning Enrichment team and commit to putting students at the heart of the education processDeliver individualised and small group interventions to support students in their learning and to access the curriculumCoordinate and allocate Learning Enrichment Teacher Aides (LETAs) to support students, with oversight from the Head of Learning Enrichment K-6To be successful you will need to possess and demonstrate:Appropriate teaching qualifications and accreditation in NSW (NESA)Evidence of high-level student outcomes across Years K to 6A high standard of competency, proficiency and innovation as a classroom teacherHighly proficient skills in digital literacyAn understanding of and ability to differentiate the curriculumThe capacity to cater for different learning needsExperience with assisting the management of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood administrative skills, with a high level of flexibility and adaptabilityA commitment to the strategic direction and ethos of the schoolInterested applicants should familiarise themselves with the School's Strategic Plan 'Striving for Excellence', available on our website at www.ccgs.nsw.edu.au.
