About ACC Marsden Park ACC Marsden Park is a K-12, co-educational, Christian School, located in the thriving North West corridor of Sydney, in a semi-rural setting which is experiencing sustained growth and is targeted for fast-tracked development.

About our Culture ACC Marsden Park has a College-Wide Teaching and Learning framework that is built around three 'Signature Pedagogies'.

About the RoleWe are seeking a Learning Enrichment Teacher to commence as soon as possible to provide the following support within the Learning Enrichment Team with a focus on Distance Education:
Develop, implement, and review Individualised Learning Plans for students with diverse learning needs, ensuring personalised support to promote academic success.Conduct regular assessments, including diagnostic and standardised testing, to monitor student progress.
Use data to inform instructional strategies and support differentiation in a virtual environment.Work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to implement tailored educational strategies that meet individual student needs.
Provide guidance on effective differentiation techniques and inclusive practices.Maintain regular communication with parents, guardians, and external specialists (e.g.
speech therapists, psychologists) to ensure a collaborative approach to student support and wellbeing.Provide direct learning support to students across all grade levels (K-12), addressing academic, social, and emotional challenges through targeted interventions and strategies.Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education, distance learning, and learning enrichment strategies.Assist students in developing positive behaviours, self-regulation, and emotional resilience, adapting strategies to suit the online learning environment.Assist in the management of the Nationally Consistent Collection Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD).About YouHave an active Christian faith.Have suitable qualifications and/or experience in administration.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Be able to receive feedback and be a team player with a can-do attitude.Hold a current Employee Working With Children Check.Work with a dedicated Christian team.Be part of a faith community that shares regular devotions and prayer.Grow in your faith, skills and experience.How to ApplyOnly applicants who apply via the link below will be considered:
