The Secondary School Learning Enrichment Officer reports to the Head of Library and Learning Enrichment and works closely with Learning Enrichment and Library staff, Year Coordinators, and the teaching and administrative teams. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing differentiated educational programs tailored to students' diverse learning needs, including those with high potential. The Officer supports the enhancement of students' literacy and numeracy skills and provides essential assistance in the Senior School library, addressing both student and staff information and literacy needs.
The Duties
Support Learning Enrichment staff in assessing learning needs and applying curriculum requirements.
Collaborate with teachers on planning, implementation, and monitoring of student learning.
Assist with library services, including managing loans and fulfilling information requests.
Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for students.
