Learning Enhancement Position of LeadershipSt Brendan-Shaw College is a Catholic, co-educational school located in Devonport, North West Tasmania, catering to students from Years 7 to 12. The College is seeking suitably experienced applicants for a Learning Enhancement Position of Leadership. The position may include a 0.2 Teaching load and can be flexible for an overall 0.8-1.0 FTE.About you:The Learning Enhancement Coordinator will work collaboratively, providing education advice to teachers to assist in the implementation of differentiation in the classroom, and to deliver programs to students of all academic abilities across all year levels. Responsibilities will include:Coordinating the College's responsibilities for the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) including collection, analysis and review of data to determine eligibility.Overseeing the development, implementation and review of Individual Learning Plans.Providing and delivering targeted intervention programs for students/classes (numeracy, literacy, social and emotional).Providing support to a team of Teacher Assistants, including developing timetables and coordinating meetings.The role will most likely include a 0.2 FTE teaching component and is due to commence on Friday, 31 January 2025.Catholic Education Tasmania supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment directed at ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
