The Position: Due to the continued growth of the College, we are seeking a Learning Enhancement Coordinator to work across our Melton campus. This position oversees the Prep to Year 12 programs.
The Learning Enhancement Coordinator gives guidance to the Learning Enhancement team in providing expertise to teaching staff, to enable them to support and extend student learning. In concert with the campus learning and teaching team, the Learning Enhancement Coordinator is expected to support the development of inclusive pedagogy with classroom teachers.
This position will include a .5 FTE allocation of teaching small group instruction throughout the school, and a .5 FTE allocation for the administrative and leadership requirements of the role, along with a position of responsibility allowance.
