A successful 'eLearning L&D Contractor' will have:
Proven experience with SCORMFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)A knack for creating engaging eLearning contentExcellent collaboration and communication skillsA strong understanding of eLearning trends and technologiesResponsibilities:
Applying SCORM standards to eLearning materials and Articulate 360.Collaborating with HR and other SMEs to identify training needs.Monitoring the success of eLearning initiatives and making improvements as necessary.Uploading and configuring eLearning courses on the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless delivery and access for learners.Contributing to the overall strategy of the Learning & Development department.Staying updated on the latest eLearning trends and technologies.Performing other tasks as required by the Human Resources department.Our client is a major player in the automotive/engineering industry and has a large presence in Australia. The organisation is headquartered in Mulgrave and boasts a reputation for producing high-quality products and maintaining a strong emphasis on their Human Resources and Learning & Development efforts.
