Position Overview: Unlock Potential, Drive Change! As a Learning & Development Specialist at Lojic, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the learning experience for individuals and communities. You'll be at the forefront of creating engaging, interactive eLearning modules that make a real difference. Your work will support our mission of intentional influence, fostering positive outcomes, and driving meaningful change across the human and community services sectors.
In this dynamic role, you'll be deeply involved in product development and delivery, ensuring our offerings meet the needs of our diverse customers. You'll engage with customers as required, assisting in scoping product requirements and implementing plans under the guidance of the Manager Learning & Development. Your contributions will be essential in crafting impactful learning solutions that resonate and drive positive change. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with experience in eLearning, excellent time management skills, and a passion for improving sector outcomes and making a real difference.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop cutting-edge eLearning content, quizzes, and assessment tools tailored to diverse audiences.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and team members to review, modify, and maintain training materials.Streamline content development processes and enhance our Learning Management System.Ensure all training materials comply with industry standards and regulations.Collect and analyse feedback to continuously improve our offerings.Facilitate face-to-face and virtual training sessions as needed.Assist in maintaining and updating eLearning modules based on customer feedback and industry trends.Support the Manager Learning & Development in developing resources, processes, and templates.Qualifications Proven experience in instructional design and digital content creation.Ability to develop cutting-edge, creative, and effective learning solutions.Well-developed personal efficiency capabilities, including time management, flexibility, attention to detail, and task management.Experience in video editing and video creation.Experience in the human and community services sector (highly regarded).Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Canvas LMS, and Articulate 360 (desirable).Tertiary level training in adult learning, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Diploma in Training Design and Development, or similar (desirable).Some Extra Benefits for Working at Lojic Highly competitive remuneration package- inclusive of salary packagingFlexible work arrangements to optimise work/life balanceWork from home role, with the option to reside anywhere in AustraliaA Wellness Program- at Lojic we invest in your self-care and support your wellbeingOpportunities to attend conferences as a presenter and audienceLeased vehicles availableIncentive programs to expand your professional development opportunitiesDiverse career opportunities- we will work with you to advance your skill sets in Learning and Development and content creationJoin our team and be part of a dynamic, innovative environment where your creativity and skills will make a real impact!
