Job Description Applying SCORM standards to eLearning materials and Articulate 360.
Collaborating with HR and other SME's to identify training needs.
Monitoring the success of eLearning initiatives and making improvements as necessary.
Upload and configure eLearning courses on the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless delivery and access for learners.
Contributing to the overall strategy of the Learning & Development department.
Staying updated on the latest eLearning trends and technologies.
Performing other tasks as required by the Human Resources department.
The Successful Applicant A successful 'eLearning L&D Contractor' will have: Proven experience with SCORM Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) A knack for creating engaging eLearning content Excellent collaboration and communication skills A strong understanding of eLearning trends and technologies What's on Offer Daily rate of between $500 - $540 per day, plus superannuation.
Temporary, Immediate start contract role.
Minimum 2-month duration.
Mulgrave location.
