Learning & Development Specialist

Our client is an Australian leader in the engineering, design, manufacturing, and servicing of critical electrical infrastructure. A trusted partner, this role will support the business to lead, plan and deliver our clients learning and development strategy.

This is a full-time permanent on-site role, based in Edinburgh SA.

Your Role

Design and deliver training programs, creating learning solutions tailored to meet the needs of the business.Drive employee growth by implementing strategies for professional development, career progression and continuous learning.Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and build initiatives that enhance performance and engagement.Measure the impact of learning and development initiatives by using data driven insights to assess program effectiveness and continuously refine the learning journey.About You
