The Opportunity:We are expanding and looking for a passionate Learning & Development Specialist to join our fast-growing department, working from our Milton office.
This role can be full-time or part-time depending on your preferences. If it's part-time we'd ideally be looking for someone who could work five days, reduced hours (e.g. 9:30 am-2:30 pm) to ensure continuity for clients.
This role is pivotal in our journey as we scale our Learning Software and Solutions, including our proprietary Scout Learning management system and a suite of learning services such as content creation and curation.
Your Role:Consult with clients to identify their Learning & Development needs and goals.Conduct software demonstrations primarily via Zoom, showcasing the capabilities of Scout Learning.Manage the onboarding and training of new clients on our software platform.Provide first-level support to clients (potentially on our full suite of software products, including our recruitment software), addressing queries about software utilization.Collaborate on internal L&D initiatives and content development, leveraging support from our talented Instructional Designer.What We Offer:Attractive remuneration package circa $70K-$75K (FTE, pro rata if part-time), negotiable based on experienceA dedicated internal L&D team and leadership committed to professional development.A rewarding culture that celebrates success and prioritizes health and well-being.Flexible working hours to accommodate your lifestyle.An exciting phase of growth as we continue to expand globally.Who You Are:Enthusiastic about Learning & Development with relevant work experience or education.Excellent communication skills, confident in interacting with clients and team members.A proactive problem solver, organised and driven.Join Us:Be part of a company that's dedicated to making a difference.
