Aboriginal applicants will be granted priority consideration for this vacancy.Primary Objective: Provide high level administrative support to ensure compliance, integrity, and operational performance of the NTPFES Training College training management systems and processes to support the NTPFES as an RTO and learning organisation.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate the administration and maintenance of the student management system to provide the basis of rigorous internal controls and compliance procedures that meet both organisational and national regulatory requirements.Review, evaluate, and provide recommendations on the continuous improvement of training, systems, and services.Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems security procedures, including access and security audits.Participate in and support internal audits to investigate adherence with RTO quality training framework and national regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain compliance initiatives, including written materials and training programs designed specifically to promote awareness and understanding of the training management systems.Ensure administrative processes and guidelines are developed, implemented, maintained, and reviewed in accordance with College and RTO requirements improving business productivity and service delivery.Selection Criteria:Essential:Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience of working within robust quality frameworks, including knowledge of the Standards for RTOs and the Australian Vocational Education and Training Management Information Statistical Standard.Extensive knowledge of computer information systems and applications, including high level word processing and formatting skills, and the extraction and manipulation of data using spreadsheets.Demonstrated experience in the implementation of quality and continuous improvement initiatives with the ability to motivate staff, leading change and influencing others to achieve good practice outcomes.Demonstrated capacity to identify, analyse, and recommend solutions to issues and to assist in the development of practical solutions to achieve work objectives.Experience conducting or participating in internal audits.Desirable:TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.The successful applicant must consent to a check by Police of criminal records and intelligence data to confirm they have no significant criminal history record.
