Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this newly created role will lead our team on a journey of continuous learning and innovation.
With the ability to think outside the box, you will bring fresh and engaging ideas to our L&D strategy as well as play an active role in the configuration and implementation of our new Dayforce learning module.
Managing our current in-house leadership and compliance programs, you will use insights and data to continuously enhance competency development and learning outcomes.
