We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager on a fixed term 12 month contract with the opportunity to continue employment for the suitable candidate.
Reporting directly to the Chief Performance & Culture Manager, this national role will see you working closely with senior and executive leaders, employees, and external providers to collaborate on creating impactful learning experiences and growth opportunities for all employees.
Day to Day of the RoleImplementing learning frameworks, systems, and digital resources that align with strategic goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.Overseeing onboarding, managing the training calendar, and driving continuous improvements.Developing and facilitating engaging learning programs that support organisational goals.Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements.Take a consultative approach with key stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and growth throughout the business, promoting continuous improvement.Reporting on L&D metrics and collaborating on best practices across regions.What you will bring to the roleExcellent emotional intelligence and communication skills.Strong experience working within a similar Learning and Development position, with expertise in e-learning program creation and facilitation.Proven ability to manage L&D projects with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong stakeholder management skills with a strength in building relationships and effective influencing.Experience analysing business needs, crafting solutions, and designing impactful programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
