As our sustained growth continues, we are looking for a talented and proactive Learning & Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will embed a culture of continuous learning and skill development to ensure our employees are amongst the best trained and most highly skilled construction employees in Australia.
What you'll do: Assist the Head of People & Culture in defining and implementing the company's learning and development strategy.Lead the L&D Coordinator in the design and delivery of effective learning programs across onboarding, compliance, leadership development and skills training.Drive evolution of our graduate program to ensure a leading offering is provided in a highly competitive industry.Evaluate learning initiatives via KPIs, metrics, reporting and feedback.Cultivate a culture of continual learning and professional development.Ensure continuous improvement of our LMS and learning processes with the latest technology.About you: A genuine passion for L&D.Tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology or equivalent.2+ years' experience in an L&D management role.Thorough understanding of learning principles and instructional design.Demonstrated achievement in designing and delivering training programs.Strong knowledge of LMS (e.g., Litmos) and other relevant e-learning tools.Proven ability to determine skill gaps and training needs.Advanced project management, stakeholder management, presentation, organisational, task management, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.Thrives in a fast-paced and outcomes-driven environment.How you'll benefit: 5-day work week (exception of Site Managers/Supervisors who work 10 days in 14, with every other Saturday off).Investment in training with the aim to have the best trained workforce in the industry.Free health assessments for all staff.Paid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers.Fast-tracked career development opportunities and support our staff through mentoring, workshops and retreats.Industry-leading internal communication channels to break down silos across sites, allowing staff to share ideas, lessons learnt and other resources.Kapitol values diversity and aims to build an inclusive environment that champions, embraces and respects differences.
