Collaborating with different stakeholders, the Learning & Development Lead will:Engage with partners to address capability needs/gaps and design training solutionsDevelop and deliver of high-quality learning content, tools and programsImplement blended training solutions (face-to-face, eLearn, external development)Control Learning Management System (Cornerstone) including CPD reportingLead enrolments for compliance and professional development programsMaintain relationships with vendors and industry bodiesPromote and develop L&D activities (calendar, events, webinars)Ensure compliance training aligns with policies and licensing requirementsImprove L&D curriculum to support business growthIdeally, you will be experienced in a similar role within the Financial Services or Insurance industry and have a hands-on approach while being able to quickly build and leverage relationships across a wide stakeholder group.
