Your Impact Don't miss this opportunity to join the leading beverage company in Australia! Asahi Beverages is currently on the lookout for a full-time Learning & Development Lead to partner with our senior leadership team to facilitate long term, strategic, people development objectives. In this position, you will own the planning, implementation and management of L&D activities to enhance the capability of our frontline workforce (over 500 employees). You'll be supporting our Laverton and Tullamarine sites, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to achieve the Asahi Supply Chain mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities Include Conducting training needs analysis and developing training plans to identify skill gapsImplementing training programs in line with supply chain development objectivesPartnership & collaboration with manufacturing leaders to gain in-depth understanding of site needsThorough documentation of strategic training plans and reporting on outcomesSupporting change initiatives and improving organisational effectiveness through learning and developmentEnsuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements in training programsMonitoring and reporting on training spending to meet budget requirementsUphold and contribute to safety and wellbeing commitments and culture
About You To succeed in this role you will have a people-first mindset, with a background in managing learning & development programs for a large workforce in a Manufacturing environment, and the ability to act as a key collaborator with senior leaders.
You'll be a great fit for the role if you also possess the following:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with senior leadership teamsStrong change management skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing prioritiesExperience in conducting training needs analysis and developing strategic training plansExperience and attention to detail in documenting processes and reporting outcomesExperience using and optimising learning management systems (LMS)A qualification in Training & Assessment would be highly regardedAsahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organization with a rich and varied history.
