About the role

At Lite n' Easy we are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance. We are currently seeking a dedicated Training and Compliance Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our staff are well-trained, and our operations adhere to industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor training programs and resources within the organization, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures, current laws and regulations.Coordinate and facilitate training compliance audits and inspections.Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for staff members.Manage and maintain records of all training and compliance activities.Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training.Prepare and present reports on training and compliance status to senior management.Travel to our Adelaide site to conduct trainingWhat you'll bring: 2+years' experience in Training and Compliance or a related field.Certificate IV in Training and assessment preferred.Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards and regulations.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Join Our Team!
