Reporting to the Training Institute Manager, this role will focus on supporting the planning, coordination and implementation of the learning framework that enhances the competencies and skills of employees across the group. To work closely with training providers to ensure that learning activities meet the organisation's objectives and improve employee competencies. Based at the CMV Truck & Bus Training Institute in Derrimut, this full-time role involves regular travel to metropolitan and regional dealerships including attending school career fairs, career and truck expos.
