Learning & Development Coordinator

$140K FTE (hourly rate $70) + superannuation
Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, you will be responsible for the Learning and Development strategy as part of the HR Strategic plan.
This is a permanent part time position working 3 days per week. ResponsibilitiesIdentification and evaluation of core training needs across the organisationDevelopment of training packages for each identified training needManagement of the Learning Management System (Dayforce)Draft and review learning and development policies and proceduresDevelop and maintain strong relationships with preferred Approved Training ProvidersRespond to Government or other initiatives and access any available funding to provide opportunities for staffCulture and BenefitsAttractive salary $140,000 FTE (full time equivalent) plus superannuationCollaborative team culture with supportive and respectful managementHybrid environment with a combination of WFH, office or onsite at residential homesConfidential access to our Employee Assistance ProgramMinimum RequirementsRegistered Nurse (Division 1) with aged care experience in a residential settingCertificate IV in Training and Assessment or Tertiary Qualifications in EducationDemonstrated experience in the development and delivery of learning packagesAdvanced technology skills with LMS management (Dayforce highly regarded)Current and valid police checkAbout Homestyle Aged CareHomestyle has cared for older Victorians for over 30 years.
