About the Role We are excited to invite a qualified and experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to join our growing team.
This full-time position is based at our Head Office in Broadview.

We're looking for an organised individual with excellent time management skills who can work independently and autonomously.
Responsibilities Conduct an annual training needs analysis to identify individual and organizational learning requirements.
Coordinate and assist in delivering engaging, contextualized learning and development initiatives that are practical and relevant to frontline employees.
Contribute to developing online training materials, ensuring resources are accessible for ongoing learning.
Assist in creating a training framework for mandatory training requirements and responsive programs to meet operational objectives and uphold internal governance standards.
Implement face-to-face induction processes for frontline employees in collaboration with People and Culture Team and Service Delivery Departments, ensuring all participants are properly notified.
Develop and facilitate training workshops for all employees, promoting a culture of quality, risk management, and adherence to governance processes.
Stay updated on learning and development trends in the Disability and Community Services sectors, sharing insights regularly.
Desirable Attributes Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Learning and Development/Training role.
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or Diploma of Education (or equivalent).
Familiarity with various LMS and learning module development.
Proven experience in developing and implementing training best practices and contemporary learning strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues independently.
Excellent record-keeping and data management skills using online systems.
A positive and flexible attitude, ready to embrace diverse tasks and manage competing priorities.
Experience in the disability or community services sector is highly regarded.
Requirements Willingness to travel both intra- and interstate as needed.
A current, unrestricted SA Driver's Licence.
NDIS Worker's Check (or willingness to obtain).
Working with Children Check.
