That's 'The Company Way.'About the roleWe're seeking a talented Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant to join our team for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering learning initiatives that enhance both employee skills and business capabilities. Your work will contribute to improving operational performance and fostering a positive workplace culture.Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will be the primary L&D delivery resource, however, you will have the full support of a collaborative and experienced People & Culture team. This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne, with flexible and part-time options available.We're looking for someone who is project-focused, results-driven, and ready to jump in and make an impact from day one.Key Responsibilities:Assist in implementing learning and development initiatives aligned with the People & Culture Strategy and Annual Plan.Support the identification of current and future capability needs to meet business objectives.Contribute to fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous learning.Enhance the employee experience by facilitating learning and career development opportunities across the organization.Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager and People & Culture team to ensure the successful execution of L&D initiatives.Facilitate virtual classroom programs and support communities of practice.About youYou will be a passionate and enthusiastic learning and development professional, looking for an opportunity to step into a role that will see you take ownership of the learning outcomes of a business and really make a difference.You will hold a minimum of a Bachelor's level qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field. You will have considerable experience working with a Learning and Development function of a professional services firm.
