Learning & Development Consultant

An exciting temporary opportunity has become available to join a well respected professional services business located in Sydney's CBD. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and possess a strong background in instructional design, training facilitation, and organisational development.Reporting to the head of Organisational Design, you will provide L+D support to your client groups to achieve its corporate objectives.Key elements of the role will include, but not limited to:Collaborate with executive leaders to assess learning and development needs and objectivesDesign and develop customised learning solutions aligned with organisational goals and industry best practicesDiscovery and design of blended learning solutionsFacilitation of on-boarding in a large multicultural organisationCreate engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and job aidsConduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.If you have an excellent knowledge in a range of Learning and Development disciplines, outstanding communication and relationship building skills then this will be a perfect role for you.At HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
