About the role The Learning & Development Consultant works closely with stakeholders across the organisation to design and deliver learning solutions, including training facilitation, that meets business needs and builds workforce capability.
With a focus on providing support to the Group Manager, Recruitment & Capability in the development of the Organisational Development strategic plan, you will be responsible for supporting the development of SCC's workforce capability through the design, implementation and continuous improvement of learning initiatives.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Certificate IV / Diploma in Training and Assessment or equivalent.Strong facilitation and presentation skills.High level computer and keyboard skills and the ability to use Google Docs, Sheets &/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and in-house databases).
Able to use HR Information Systems and Learner Management Platforms.Strong organisational and time management skills.Demonstrated commitment to meeting the needs of both internal and external customers.Significant experience in an organisational development and/or learning & development consultant role in a medium to large organisation.Experience managing Learning Management Systems (Kineo, Moodle, Tintara, 360 learning, ELMO, TalentLMS, PeopleStream).About us Southern Cross Care is one of Australia's leading charitable aged care and retirement living service providers.
