Learning & Development Consultant

Our client in the NFP sector is seeking a L&D Consultant. You will play a crucial role in shaping the learning culture within the organisation, and will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing compelling educational content that caters to diverse learner needs. Your tasks will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, researching best practices, delivering formal education sessions, providing feedback, maintaining training records, and ensuring adherence to policies.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver education sessions and programmes in line with organisational objectives and business requirementsCollaborate with external and internal stakeholders to create effective training materialsResearch best practice resources and training providers to support the development of learning experiencesCommunicate any changes made to training packages to relevant internal stakeholdersProvide support for the learning and development coordinator as neededMaintain training records for compliance and accreditation purposesKey Requirements: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programmesIntermediate computer skills including proficiency in Outlook and MS OfficeKnowledge of multimedia and design softwares used for e-learning are desirable but not essentialExperience working with Learning Management SystemsStrong project management skills with attention to detailOpportunity to develop and deliver engaging learning experiencesWork collaboratively with a diverse and inclusive team
