This role will lead the analysis, development and implementation of project management capability development approaches, strategies, plans, support tools and services This role will also develop and deliver the annual Project Management Training Program through working with suppliers and the business to ensure equitable distribution of work across suppliers, within each category.This role will deliver ad hoc training services through effective course administration, advertising, and communication services.Key responsibilities: Apply your extensive learning and development skills and experiences to lead in statewide learning and development efforts for project manager and team member capability development and uplift for the staffExercise your keen relationship and collaborative skills to integrate the project management policy and method standard with associated portfolio, program, and governance methods to deliver successful corporate programs of work outcomes.Manage a Standing Offering Agreement (SOA) to deliver project manager and team member capability improvements using your project management and learning and development experience to ensure and guide delivery of quality outcomes.Support project managers by assisting with the resolution of complex issues and promoting best practices.Lead in the development and maintenance supplementary materials to create an framework and resource library Lead the analysis, development and implementation of capability development approaches, strategies, plans, support tools and services forstatewide project management and relevant supporting functions and activitiesCollaborate in the development, integration, and implementation of subject matter expert capability development approaches, strategies, plans, support tools and services for portfolio management, program management and relevant supporting functions and activitiesLead and manage a small team in effective cost centre management, contract management, quality control, and reporting of the SOA Learning and Development Support strategic leadership and guidance to project management capability developments Evaluate learning and development needs through a number of high level as well as operational level needs analysis in order to analyse, determine and action means to improve and mature Project Management, and develop training materials aligned with organisational project management principles and practices.Manage the design and development of content for project and program management capability courses including
