The Role As a Learning & Development Advisor , you'll play a vital role in the administration and coordination of Merivale Academy programs, ensuring seamless implementation and support for our industry-leading initiatives.
You'll manage and administer learning platforms, oversee course and program deployment, handle asset management, troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and deliver analytics reporting to optimize learning experiences.
You'll be responsible for the overall administration, logistics, and coordination of Merivale Academy's dynamic programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
Your role will drive program success through thorough evaluation, comprehensive reporting, vendor coordination, governance oversight, and continuous process improvements.
Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with external vendors and internal teams across various learning platforms to support Merivale's evolving L&D initiatives.
Who you are: Proficient in technology administration, preferably with LMS administration experience.
Highly organised, excel at managing competing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Intermediate MS Office skills.
Has an eye for the detail.

Ability to thrive in a newly formed team and fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
