The role As part of the Organisational Development team, the Learning & Development Advisor works collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to identify both current and future skill requirements based on identified needs, workforce planning and strategic priorities.
The role will recommend and coordinate innovative Learning & Development solutions across Gippsland Water to meet the individual learning needs of employees and workgroups in line with evolving needs of the business.
What you'll bring Tertiary qualification in a related field.
Significant experience in a Learning & Development role or similar.
Ability to collaborate, negotiate and positively influence / advocate learning and development outcomes across all organisational levels.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
Well-developed and demonstratable project management and IT skills.
