Learning & Development Advisor (8 Month Contract)

Job Description We are seeking a motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor to join our People & Engagement team.
Based in Australia or New Zealand, you will play a pivotal role in implementing The Egis Way project, focusing on designing, deploying, and evaluating eLearning initiatives.
Additionally, you will oversee the effective administration and maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS).
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise, project management skills, and passion for people development to make a tangible impact on our organisation.
Key Responsibilities Strategy and People Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, manage, and update eLearning content that aligns with organisational goals.
Oversee LMS operations, including user support, course enrolments, troubleshooting, and reporting on user engagement and compliance.
Provide technical support, train users, and create resources to optimise LMS functionality.
Analyse data to improve training programs and ensure compliance with mandatory learning requirements.
Lead project deliverables, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Foster a positive learning culture while promoting safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role within a professional services organisation.
Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Pinnacle) and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Rise 360, Captivate).
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
Exceptional attention to detail and intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work autonomously.
