What's on offer?
Based in Hazelmere, and reporting to the Regional HSEQ Manager for Infrastructure Services, we are seeking a dynamic and suitably experienced Learning and Development Administrator, who will be an integral team member in the delivery of learning programs across our Western Australian business.
In this position, you will be primarily involved in administrating the development of learning opportunities and enhancing our people's learning capabilities, through the delivery of a diverse range of learning and development programs and tools.
Ultimately, resulting in strengthening capability to deliver 'good work' for our customers, safely, on time, and within budget.

Let's Connect We are seeking an active champion and strong contributor with proven administration experience in learning and development, coupled with effective communication skills, and an ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will have familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools and are detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills.
Finally, we are seeking an individual who is agile and adaptable, and committed to fostering a culture of learning and growth.
