A great opportunity for a Learning and Development Administrator to join this busy team for a long-term 12-month temporary assignment.
About the role:
Administering all the deployment of Frontline Learning programs using the Agency's Learning Management System (LEAP).Scheduling and administering deployment schedules for all facilitated modules.Processing course registrations, enrolments, cancellations, course logistics, accommodation and travel arrangements, maintaining learning processes and procedure documentation.Collating capability and learning information from a range of sources into a central repository.Preparing general correspondence and reports for Frontline Learning programs and related administrative responsibilities.Assisting with a range of Operations and Personnel support functions for the wider Frontline Learning team.About you:Experience of working with a Learning Management System (LMS)Background of working within a Learning and Development environmentExperience of working within the public sector – local, state and federal government or similarBenefits:ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)12-month temporary assignment with the possibility of extensionFull-time hours Monday to FridayGeelong + hybrid working from home options.$43.82 per hour + SuperThis role closes for applications 31st October 2024Email ****** for more information.
