About the role:
Administering all the deployment of Frontline Learning programs using the Agency's Learning Management System (LEAP).Scheduling and administering deployment schedules for all facilitated modules.Processing course registrations, enrolments, cancellations, course logistics, accommodation and travel arrangements, maintaining learning processes and procedure documentation.Collating capability and learning information from a range of sources into a central repository.Preparing general correspondence and reports for Frontline Learning programs and related administrative responsibilities.Assisting with a range of Operations and Personnel support functions for the wider Frontline Learning team.
