As a member of the Learning Development team, the Administration Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Learning Development Coordinator and provides administrative assistance to the Learning Development team across the Junior School.
This is a permanent part-time (0.52FTE) position and would ideally be spread across the week to ensure consistent support. The Administration Assistant is only required during term-time.
The role is based at the Kew campus; however, there may be a need to travel to the Donvale campus on occasion.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide administration support to the Learning Development Coordinator and Junior School Learning Development team to ensure smooth operations across the department.
Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring timely and courteous communications.
Ensure data integrity across School databases and systems.
Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.
Attend meetings to assist with note-taking as required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a busy and dynamic workplace.
Genuine interest in supporting and assisting students.
A valid Employee Working with Children Check is a requirement of employment for this position.
