You will work alongside a lead designer, talented facilitators, and business leaders on large scale learning projects.By understanding the firm's needs, you will conduct learning reviews and needs assessments and create tailored learning modules and programs.
You will play a role in the design of high-quality learning solutions that complement and contribute to the Oceania Talent Development strategy.
Some of your key responsibilities include:Design new programs:

Support with the planning and design of innovative and engaging learning modules, courses, and materials that align with the firm's goals and the identified learning needs.Current curriculum review:

Play a significant role in the regular review of our existing Learning & Development curriculum.
Use program feedback, data insights, and knowledge of adult learning principles to ensure programs are innovative and meeting the needs of the organisation.Assess learning needs:

Analyze organisational training requirements by working with the Design Manager to liaise with various departments and individuals to evaluate skills and knowledge gaps.
Support with training needs assessments.Program refresh:

Assist with the design and refresh of existing Participant and Facilitator Guides and materials for programs.Stakeholder engagement:

Liaise with internal facilitators/role-players (including staff & Partners) and EY preferred training providers, and stakeholders across Oceania and Asia-Pacific, including Service Line technical education teams and Talent.What we're looking for:Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
