Be part of something bigger at Suncorp.Design and deliver high quality and innovative learning solutions for our Fraud & Intelligence teamBrisbane locationHybrid working model, supportive and collaborative cultureAs a Learning Design Specialist, you are responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, innovative learning solutions for our Fraud & Intelligence team that align with business strategies and objectives.
This involves leveraging Suncorp's learning methodologies, curating and developing content, managing end-to-end learning projects, and ensuring continuous process improvement.The learning delivery scope includes investigations, intelligence principles, fraud assessment, and bespoke staff development programs for Fraud & Intelligence.
The role also encompasses fraud awareness and technical motor/property assessing, ensuring learning initiatives drive performance, foster technical growth, and adhere to best practices in learning design.What you'll do:Prepare learning solutions including detailed learning objectives, evaluation strategy, organisation of proposed content, plan the look and feel, create/write/curate content, and development of final materials.Provide best practice advice and solutions that are relevant and aligned to business strategy.Proactively research best-practice learning solutions and methodologies to maintain knowledge of learning trends.Work with a continuous improvement and process efficiency approach and contribute to refinement and improvement of processes, templates, methodologies, and systems.Understand and recommend success measures to evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions.Support learning outcomes by planning and deploying techniques/communications to support facilitators' success of learning solutions.Prepare and manage a detailed plan for each design project, including milestones, resources (including vendors/partners), risk, impacts, issues, and mitigants.What you'll bring:At least 2 years of experience in a Learning and Development role.Qualification in Education, Learning, HR or Training and Assessment highly regarded.Instructional Design of blended learning solutions and design methodologies.Learning Management System (LMS) knowledge.Experience with eLearning development tools such as Lectora or Captivate.What we can offer:A range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks paid secondary carer parental leave, and unlimited paid emergency response leave.Discounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as insurance products.Give back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching, and paid volunteer leave.Invest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs.Prioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee council.At Suncorp we believe we are our best when our workforce is as diverse, talented, and passionate as the communities in which we live and operate, and where our people feel included, valued, and connected.
