Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative experience and a knack for coordination? We're looking for a Learning Program Coordinator to join our Home Health team at Australian Unity. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract and welcome applicants from anywhere in Australia. 
In this role, you'll provide crucial coordination and administrative support for our transformation program's learning activities. You'll manage and coordinate key programs, ensuring all employees have completed or are scheduled to complete required learning. This involves maintaining up-to-date data and coordinating with third-party vendors to schedule trainers efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating and maintaining a learning master calendarTroubleshooting learning issuesScheduling learning journeys within the Learning Management System (LMS)Ensuring ongoing data accuracy for employee training records and coursesCoordinating training vendors, venues, and other resourcesHandling basic training support queries from stakeholdersProducing regular and ad-hoc training activity and effectiveness reportsThe ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills. Experience with SuccessFactors LMS and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are highly desirable.
