As the Learning Content Developer at GOTAFE, you will play a key role in creating high-quality educational content that enhances the student learning experience.
Working closely with Subject Matter Experts, multimedia designers, and trainers, you will develop e-learning modules, textbooks, and interactive resources for delivery on our Learning Management System.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone committed to applying instructional design principles and adult learning theories to develop industry-relevant content that supports our students' success.
As the successful candidate you will have: Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories, with experience in developing competency-based curriculum frameworks.Proficiency with educational technologies, including e-learning authoring tools, multimedia software, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to create industry-relevant content.Proven project management skills, with the ability to plan, allocate resources, and manage timelines effectively.A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with trends in vocational education and training.A relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience.If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide: A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)A current Driver's Licence (Car).The salary range for this position is $95,154-$104,808 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
