As part of this initiative, we are seeking a creative and driven Learning Content Designer to join our team on a short-term fixed-term contract, playing a key role in shaping the onboarding, training, and development experiences for new team members as part of our exciting Hospital mobilisations in Victoria. You will design engaging, effective learning content that supports the integration and growth of new hires, transforming healthcare workforce training. The Role: Design and develop interactive and engaging online learning programs that support the onboarding and induction of new team members across Hospitals.Design and develop learning materials such as facilitator guides, learner workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, and assessments to support face-to-face and on-the-job training across Hospitals.Use e-learning authoring and content creation tools to enhance the learning experience and support a digitally enabled learning approach.Identify and design solutions and enhancements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of onboarding and training processes.Support operations to establish onboarding and development plans and ensure new leaders are clear on role and site expectations.Work closely with Operations and subject matter experts to identify training development needs and align training programs with organisational objectives.The Person: Experience in digital learning content design and e-learning authoring tools e.g. Articulate 360, Adobe Premiere Pro.A background in training and development.Strong organisational and project management skills.Operational understanding of standard operating procedures and processes within a Hospital setting.Cert IV in Training and Assessment would be desirable.Experience in working with a Learning Management System (LMS) would be desirable.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The ability to develop effective relationships and build strong business partnerships.The Benefits: Compass Group is an organisation that's proud of its great people.
