A Day in the Life This role will work closely with our branch network providing advice and implementing a range of learning initiatives designed to build capability across the entire national network.
You will need to have a strategic focus whilst not being afraid to get your hands dirty.
As part of the learning and development and broader HR team, you play a key role in creating a dynamic learning culture.
The purpose of this role is to identify and execute learning and development initiatives, at all levels, across various roles within the business.
Key Responsibilities Work with the Subject Matter Experts to identify and implement learning initiatives.Build training material for implementation both face to face and virtually.Run workshops on the content you have designed, across the country and virtually.Coach, mentor and advise at various levels across the business.Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications Agile to work in both reactive and proactive environments.Content design experience using different training methodologies.Strong facilitation skills both face to face and virtually.Experience in building and delivering either (or both) sales and leadership training in a corporate environment advantageous.Happy to travel interstate when required.What PFD is Offering the Successful Candidate We are offering competitive remuneration, superannuation and other staff benefits (such as discounts on staff purchases, discounted accommodation, health insurance and banking).
