Investing in the development and capability of our Clinical and Corporate workforce is a key pillar of the Regis strategy and you will be empowered to design, implement and evaluate learning initiatives across the organisation. You will lead a small team of training specialists and collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to assess training needs and build out a suitable learning and development framework for all roles at Regis in addition to a clinical competency framework.The important role you'll playEstablish a contemporary approach to building capability across RegisOversee the design and delivery of Clinical and Care education and training programsDevelop and implement specific initiatives to develop, grow and provide career paths for clinical staffProvide accurate and useful reportingTeam ManagementWorkplace health and safetyWhat you'll bring to the roleYou will enjoy working in and leading a collaborative team environment and possess the following key attributes:Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (no conditions) or qualified Health Professional in a relevant fieldPost graduate qualifications in adult education, clinical education or health careRelevant experience within an Aged Care or Health Care environmentCertificate IV in Training and AssessmentPrior experience in a related role including design and implementation of competency frameworks, training programs and assessment processesDemonstrated experience of working within a compliance framework i.e. Aged Care Standards or National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) StandardsWell-rounded leader with experience of building and leading high performing teamsUnderstanding of current trends, initiatives and related issues that enhance the experience of people in care environmentsAbility to utilise knowledge of evidence-based practice and apply problem solving strategiesDemonstrated experience engaging, communicating and managing relationships with a diversity of stakeholders across a national organisation and within a matrix environmentAbility to drive and influence changeAdvanced computer skills including programs in the Microsoft Office Suite environmentWhat our people love about working hereAs a team that supports older people to live life on their terms, we genuinely care - for our people, our work and the elderly.
