Learning Business Partner - Home Care

Join our dedicated Learning & Development team as a Learning Business Partner, supporting our Home Care division.
This role is pivotal in designing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality mandatory and professional development education programs that enhance client care.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to assess educational needs, develop relevant training programs, and continuously improve the accessibility and impact of our learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Learning & Development team and Home Care stakeholders to identify and assess training needs, ensuring programs are aligned with organisational goals.
You will directly be reporting to the National Learning Manager Aged Care.
Develop, coordinate, and deliver role-related education programs, including orientation, e-learning, and face-to-face training sessions, to support mandatory and professional development.
Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs, using assessments and feedback to enhance content relevance and delivery methods.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational requirements in all training materials and activities.
Maintain up-to-date training records and provide detailed reports on program outcomes and participation rates.
Travel nationally, including to regional and metro Home Care sites, to facilitate training sessions and engage with on-site staff and managers.

Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification with or without current AHPRA registration.
(AHPRA registration preferred) Certificate IV in Assessment and Training, or willingness to obtain within the first 12 months of employment.
A minimum of one year of experience in a training or similar role, ideally within the healthcare or community care sectors.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build respectful relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary Learning & Development practices, including adult learning principles and instructional design.
Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel regularly, including long-distance travel to various Home Care sites nationally, at least on a fortnightly basis.
Proficiency in using data to inform training decisions and a commitment to continuous improvement in educational offerings.
