About the role
As a Learning Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting our Home Care team by designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that align with their strategic goals and operational needs.
You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across Home Care to identify and address learning gaps, improve performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing support to Case Managers particularly in the areas of health literacy and clinical best practice Ensuring our workforce is adequately skilled to meet the requirements of the upcoming Support at Home program Creating a professional development framework that will assist in the attraction and retention of employees across Home Care About you
You have previously worked in a clinical role (nurse or allied health professional) and ideally have current AHPRA registration, though it's not a deal breaker if you don't.
You are a strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for supporting the learning and development of others.
In addition, you possess the following:
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment Demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating engaging and effective learning programs for a variety of audiences and modalities, preferably within aged or community care settings Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and evaluation methods Experience in customer service and soft skills training delivery Why VMCH?
