Learning and Organisational Development LeadWe have a new and exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Learning and Organisational Development Lead to join the Workforce Development team on a permanent full-time basis.Reporting to the Senior Manager Workforce Development, this role is responsible for the design, implementation and management of the organisational development and learning strategies for Resthaven, aligning with our strategic goals. Find meaningful connections and work with purpose as you are supported to develop in your role.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement and manage organisational development and learning strategies.Align learning initiatives with strategic goals.Evaluate learning outcomes and manage training budgets.Deliver L&D programs and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Minimum Requirements:Relevant degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.2+ years of experience in Learning and Development.Proven experience in designing and delivering L&D programs.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.Excellent project management skills.Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and understanding of contemporary learning design.Resthaven offers a supportive and richly diverse and inclusive community where everyone's uniqueness is valued.
