We have a new and exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Learning and Organisational Development Lead to join the Workforce Development team on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Workforce Development, this role is responsible for the design, implementation and management of the organisational development and learning strategies for Resthaven, aligning with our strategic goals.

Essential Criteria:
Relevant degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
Proven experience in designing and delivering L&D programs, managing training budgets, and evaluating learning outcomes.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning platforms.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and sound understanding of contemporary learning design.
